Our server & network infrastructure provides a platform from which our systems can develop and are designed with the capacity and resilience required to provide continued around the clock operations.

The IT helpdesk supports all business sectors through 24 hours a day 7 days a week with all calls logged and reviewed.

External operations log onto and utilise centrally based and managed systems and affords opportunities to equip employees to cover their roles from home as and when required. This approach has the additional benefit in being able to deploy systems quickly when new operations are required.

The wider use of e-mail has required a 25 times increase in our database to accommodate. EDI capabilities have been significantly enhanced and through a multitude of formats & standards we currently handle approximately 12500 messages per month.

VOIP technology has been deployed linking the out based operations back to the centre as well as to each other with ease.

Our on site team of programmers develop bespoke software in conjunction with our experienced managers and operators. This approach ensures the final package delivers systems which are applicable for our complex operations, remain user friendly and are applicable for the effective management of our many business units throughout the ever changing face of logistics.
