Turners take delivery of their 800th DAF XF FTP lightweight unit plus the 1000th Feldbinder tank trailer
Turners have recently reached a landmark with both DAF trucks and Feldbinder who are one of Europe’s leading tank trailer manufactures.
This DAF XF 450 6x2 mid-lift tractor unit with its distinctive registration number is the 800th supplied to Turners and remains the chosen model for our Tank and payload sensitive operations.
Tim King, Turners Group Fleet Engineer receiving the truck from Robert Baxter, Managing Director of Chassis Cab Ltd in partnership with Scott Cocks, Regional Sales Manager at DAF Trucks along with newly appointed Managing Director of the Leyland Assembly Plant (LAP) Brennan Gourdie.
To coincide with this landmark Feldbinder the specialist European tank trailer manufacture have supplied their 1000th trailer to Turners. This particular model will be used for specialist edible oils contract joining our Food Grade tanker operation.
