Container Division

Turners container division have been delivering containers throughout the UK from the port of Felixstowe since 1968. Our experienced and trained management, staff and drivers can accommodate all container movements from dry van to specialist refrigerated, ADR, explosives and tipper chassis using a mix of skeletal trailers to accommodate 20’ and 40’ containers.

Turners currently operate daily from the ports of Felixstowe, Tilbury and Southampton with the ability to service other UK ports as required.

Our Intermodal rail freight operations from Leeds, Doncaster, Manchester and all Birmingham railheads assisting customers in the reduction of their carbon footprint.

Managing over 1700 container movements each week using  the latest technology for tracking and performance monitoring, providing reassurance for our customers on the progress of collections, deliveries and restitutions.

Computerised links to port systems ensure collections can be expedited as soon as clearance and release is received.
